Despite the huge crowd on a busy and rainy Sunday, and to top it off, brunch time it was, got a table for 3 or 4 in less than 15min. The place is large and if you are a party of one or two, there is usually prompt seating at the bar to make a neighbor or two. Large and open space with tons of light.. Kind faces with smiles who serve your food with speed.. Try the gritz as a side, if you're not from the south. But first spread generous amounts of black pepper and salt.. Strawberry pancakes, my 8 year old's favorite, comes with fresh strawberries, whipped cream and warm strawberry syrup. But, the menu is much richer than that. Try for example pecan or peach pancakes, favorites of this old man.
